Orders are shipped in a sturdy box. 

Koneko Fabrics is concerned about how consumption has an effect on the environment and will try to use as eco-friendly packaging solutions as deemed possible.

Shipping will be handled by DHL and is tracked.

Koneko Fabrics is an online store based in Sweden. All items sold in the store can be shipped to countries within the EU – please refer to this shipping policy for prices and conditions regarding the shipping of your orders. Orders will be shipped from Lund in Sweden unless the product page states otherwise.

If you want to pick up your order personally in Lund, Sweden you can choose the shipping option Local Pick-Up; please make contact before collecting your order by either sending an email to info@konekofabrics.se or calling by phone at +46 730 89 62 93. (Contact can be made in Swedish, Danish, English and to some extent German and Dutch.)
