Returns and Refunds

I hope you will be pleased with your purchase from Koneko Fabrics online store, but if for some reason you are not happy about the received item, you should let me know by sending and email to and explain why you want to return what you have purchased, and I will let you know how to proceed, but please read the following policy regarding what applies to refunds and returns before emailing me.


About the return process

My business is based in Sweden, and I follow the Swedish law regarding e-commerce “Lag (2005:59) om distansavtal och avtal utanför affärslokaler”.

The item that you want to return must not be used or damaged in any way.

If the item is custom made to your order, I might not be able to sell it again and will probably have to recline a refund.

You must contact me within a 14 days period after receiving the purchased items to let me know that you regret purchasing the item and want to return it by writing an email to

Please make sure to write the order number and clearly identify what item you want to return. Attaching a picture of the item can help avoid misunderstandings.

You can also use the form provided by the Swedish Konsumentverket (, but a simple email with the necessary information is enough.

I will appreciate if you could let me know why you want to return the item, as this information might help me improve yours and other customers experience when purchasing in the future, but it is not a requirement.

When I receive your email, I will review your request and write you back to let you know how to proceed.

You are responsible for paying for the return shipment of the item and making sure that it is packaged, labelled and shipped in a responsible manner.

About the refund process

I will refund your payment when I have received the returned item or received proof that you have shipped the item to me.

The money will be refunded via the same payment option that you chose upon checkout unless you explicitly agree to other means.

Keep in mind that there is often some processing time before a refund is posted in the banking system, but if you feel your refund is unnecessarily delayed, please check your bank account again, next try contacting your credit card company or your bank to ask how long it should take to show in their system.
