Single Jersey

Single jersey is a type of knit fabric with front that is slightly smoother than the back. It is usually more breathable and drapes with more ease than an interlock knit fabric.

Cotton knit fabrics tend to be stretchy, and with an addition of some elestane in the material mix they are sure to have the stretch which make them perfect for sewing children's clothing like t-shirts, onsies and much more.
